As it comes from a Grasshopper/ Hornet background I thought I'd better see what its all about! First thing I noticed about this model was the dampers..... not good!!! I haven't even run it yet but can see the travel on the dampers being very limited ( therefore giving a very bouncy ride). Apart from that it was a very easy build and I'm pleased with the overall look of the buggy. As I said.. I haven't run this buggy as yet but I'm expecting it to be as good as the Hornet or if not.... as good as the Grasshopper! I have ballraced it but I'm thinking I need to do something about those dampers before I attempt to run it.... any ideas???

BTW.... This was only £63 posted on Ebay brand new!!!! :)

Not a bad buggy for the money, like you say the coil sprung dampers do let it down big time!! I got myself one of these a while back fitted out with tamiya cva oil filled dampers all round and stuck a faster motor in it. Handles a lot better than the hornet and grasshopper (although they are more fun!!) and so far seems to be as tough as old boots!! Not let me down yet and she does get run hard. A nice cheap buggy thats easy to fix and parts are cheap and plentyful too. Stuck some pin spike tyres on the front rims to give better traction and makes it look a bit meaner too!! Get that driver painted lol!!! Have fun with it.

I bought this for a bit of fun but will definately fit some oil CVA's when I can find a set that fits! As for spiked front tyres... I'll probably do that too!!! I'm glad you are finding it tough as old boots cos I had my doubts!! lol
