description  i had this rare Thunder Tiger kit for a time & it is now time to buy the car for it. I have cleaned it & revised the motor whose pullstart were missing. But i hesitate between the T02T F150 & the TA02W nismo GTR clarion. Your opinions are welcome

awesome kit go great in both but you would only be able to run the ford on the road cause of the dirt and rocks nice!!

could actually be cool, building a car with this and then converting it to brushless, the driveline should be able to handle the power much better than a regular TA01 setup would

wow, that is truly spetacular. I've never seen anything like this before Cool! Go nismo!

@all guys thanks, like TA-Mark said, the belts are exposed so it will be a mistake to put it on off-road car so i took my decision and it will be the Nismo GTR. Cheers

The conversion kit is geared right for the tourer sized wheels so it should go in the Nissan. Exposed belts don't get on well with dirt either, and this conversion kit puts it right out there infront of the spray off the front tyres.

Thats got to be a very rare conversion kit. I would go with the Ford F150.

Should be the GTR. TA02 for me is an onroad car. The Ford in my opinion isn't a real like-it-was-meant-TA02-chassis-based-car.

That's very interesting. Why don't you try on the Ford pick-up?

neobrunox  01/10/2011 18:40:12
F150: 3 & Nismo GTR: 2

The F-150 would be a cool conversion. I would do that one. We got plenty of different road cars out there. But not a gas F-150. Hope it holds together.

Very cool. I would be weary of running it offroad. It seems as though belts are exposed. I vote for GTR.

F150 2 & Nismo GTR 1

Without much doubt: Mount it to the Ford!

Sweet looking kit you got there. I would go for the nismo version. I love these conversion kits that require almost no original parts to complete.

Very nice kit. I'd use it in the ford. It'd be great fun off road.
