| description | Finally got a chance to take the newest TLT-1 Landy Project I took over from Daniel Down Under out for ts first run outside and figures it was like 15F and just snowed so it made for a fun first drive around the yard and house in town, the roads were a bit nasty out in the country with the wind blowing the snow around so I drove in the somewhat unscale urban landscape and made the best of it. The days are very short and sun is at low angle so getting good pics was kind of hard but these will have to do until I can get out of town and take some proper wilderness pictures. I added an RC4wd Viking winch fairlead, hook and some License plates from minipl8s on ebay since last post. I have many more little details left like working lights, mud flaps, maybe some recovery shackles and little things to do as I feel the need. But now this truck is ready to just enjoy and drive around as weather permits

if you look carefully this truck has the very detailed photo etched diamond plate set on hood, fenders, rockers etc. by scaleoffroad in Germany I just painted it body color to keep it subtle. all of my other Defenders have at least some diamond plate usually along bottom edge
I really like all of your land rovers they are brilliantly painted, i got one of these bodies recently too, im planning to do it in a nice bright yellow. One of the extra's i have got for mine is the diamond plate metal pieces but i notice you dont have any on any of your vehicles, have you tried it ?
Great job, the first picture could throw off the most experienced of rc people, It is an rc ..right? LOL
Dittos, dittos & dittos on all the great comments. Top looking rig and pics, Seth. I find that the colder the snow, the better to run in and plow. Makes for good scale looking opportunities. Don't worry, you'll get more snow soon
Oops.... It looks so great outside that I just cant remember wich one of your models has the best paintjob.... I think this one and the overall look is superb as well. What a beauty!
Love it this Landy, its different to find a great spot for taking pictures! But you did it round your house, they look cool as always.

Your work is inspiring as usual! Love the color and work put into the details. I blame your awesome work for getting me interested in these scale trucks. Love your photos too, even if they're around the property... Very nice.
That's not an RC model, that's a Defender with very big bricks and an even bigger Willy's jeep behind it. Awesome work as ever Wyoming.

This is stunning as always! Looks so real so its gotta be my favorite defender 90 on here!
Looks great Seth, You have done a brilliant job, cool to see it in the snow, it would have never seen snow at my place
