description  I have Found a way to easily fit drift tyres without any rim damage and thought I'd share it. Sorry for lack of pics. But description will explain everything.

Step 1:
Boil kettle and fill up a cup (big enough for one tyre)
Whilst this is boiling, throw all rims in the freezer (will help a lot)

Step 2:
Submerge a tyre into the boiling water and hold it down with something that isn't attached to your body, for about a minute.

Step 3:
Remove one rim from the freezer, and the tyre from the boiling water, and fit as normal, the boiling water has softened up the hard plastic enough for it to easily strech over the ice cold rim. (the point of freezing the rims - cold very slightly shrinks things, especially plastics, enough for it to make a big difference)

Step 4:
Throw the fitted rim/tyre combo into the freezer to re-set the soft tyre back to how it started. Just leave each one in there while you're fitting the next one as a time scale.

Hope this info will be of use to somebody. Cheers. Daz
