Suspension mods, testing mud flaps and SC rear bumper

description  Mud flaps are gone, but I custom fit a short course truck rear bumper to the DT02 trophy truck and the bumper likely stays as I like the look. Per request, I've also taken a couple of close up shots of the suspension mods. The key is shaving just enough material from the Traxxas caster blocks both to fit inside the Dt02 a-arms and then at the rear so the blocks can pivot. Just be careful not to remove too much.

fantastic build! Top work on a kit that looks poor. Turned out very nice!

My opinion: Loose the flaps.. The sooner the better. Cheers. Michael

Thank you for your front suspension pics pastimesteve. I would ditch the mudflaps and leave it with its agressive barebones appearance. HavFuN! running it.

That's pretty impressive. I didn't think a DT02 or that shell could look this good.

mmm I kinda think the flaps look a bit akward sticking out like, I usually love details like that but like you said they don't seem to fit this particular trucks wider stance, just my opinion
