description  Around 8 years ago my reintroduction into the r/c hobby had taken ahold and I needed more room for all my things. It was decided that I needed my own space so being a Carpenter I would build a little workshop that attached to the side of the house. My neighbour was more than reasonable and was ok with me building right up to the fence line. The space was almost redundant so I figured why not? For ease of convenience there was a side door in our garage which opened intho this area and a rear door I built from solid timber sections which opened onto a small deck with a hardwood box for my air compressor. The workshop could be locked off any time I liked and aside from the front of the work shop no one would be the wiser. Lined in Western Red Cedar boards the arromatics were great Sadly the property was sold but my old workshop still remains today.

I am in love. My Homeowners Assoc would have a field day if I put ANYTHING near the property line like that and I only wish we had weather good enough to store cars out in unprotected temperatures. Great work and I will have to employ you when we move next so I can have my very own hobby room.

Like it, very tidy and nice to have a proper place for all your tools. I need to sort my shed out, its a mess most of the time and things fall on the floor alot, which frustrates me a lot! May have to steal your screwdriver rack solution in the future!

Wow, that's awesome! I guess you don't have setbacks where you live though? We couldn't possibly build right up to the fenceline... That really is a cools shop, down to the organizers for the tools and cars! Nice work!
