description  Here's an update on my SRB/FAV mash-up I posted a few weeks ago. The body has been very carefully painted in gloss yellow and the cage in semi gloss black. I've added a RadShape alloy chassis and bumper and I've trial fitted where the saddle lipos will fit either side of the Yolanda's Racing seat. I've bought a Speed Passion stock brushless system - the esc will fit behind the seat and the mini receiver will sit with the steering servo upfront. I'll need to take a shaving off the motor can for it to fit in the gear-box. I bought a 10.5t, when perhaps a 13.5t would have been a better idea, although I have the option of fitting a slipper or a diff to give the gear train an easier time of it. You may notice that Yolanda, my test-driver has had a bit of a makeover too! The paint has been hardening for a week or so now and so I'm beginning to think about decals and detailing ... Thanks for looking ...

Looking good Shay, didn't Yolande used to work in a Soho strip club before she came to 'work' for you

Thanks guys! I have plans for the wheels that may mean the yellow lettering would look wrong ... but we shall see. I may put a simple roof on the cockpit - it's missing the front bar at the moment, which may have lights fitted to it. Yolanda answered an ad I put in Autosport Magazine ...

I agree with 'SRB Bloke' the yellow tyre lettering would be the icing on the cake. Looking forward to seeing some action shots

Love the color you used on this one (also on the cars below). You made a good use of all the parts and it looks beautiful now. Excellent work.

@ Jeffy ... apart from the parts bought new, virtually everything on this chassis is a reject from another car - this is why I've decided this will be a runner ...

This is really great and creative! A FAV cage on an SRB?! Who knew! The center seat and driver are brilliant as well. Great machine you have here!
