| description | Got this from tamartin a little while back. My brother had one in Singapore in the early 80's and used to have fun at East Coast Parkway. Had one NIB about 5 years ago and stupidly sold it so when Martin advertised this, I had to have it. One of my favourite cars ever. The decals were very difficult to put on and are not perfect and the clear coat is not great but I love this car. Have the box and of course driver and left over build parts.

Wow! The BMW CSL (Coupe Sport Lightweight) E9 (chassis/body design), a beautiful looking peice of BMW history, it won the 1973 ETCC (europeon touring car championship) in its first year of competition. This along with the M1(e26) I feel is what gained BMW its formidable reputation and respect; with the E9 BMW made a race car and kept most of its characteristics and behavours when thay made the daily-drive-car version. Lovely car, dont let this one go!
