description  This is my beloved runner Fox,it has a sports tuned motor in it and performs pretty well...its a bit rough but i like it like that.My first Tamiya was a Fox(years ago) so i'm quite fond of them,i would love a mint one for the shelf!

Thanks for looking mate and she aint half bad is she, only wish it had a genuine body but to honest the car cost a small fortune as is so went with the cheaper option lol.

very nice fox you have there, parts are hard to source especially the front and rear arms and i was really lucky when i sourced parts to build a mint shelfer. I have a runner as well but not really run it yet (also have some back-up used spares for this one) . Pity that as yet no one has produced some aluminium replacements for those fragile arms (or maybe they have?) as the rears particular are very weak. If you get chance look at my shelf queen as apart from the body it is all genuine new parts and a very nice almost mint set of wheels. Enjoy running this great car and good luck with your shelf fox quest. Regards hot rod

The gold rims do add more class to the buggy! and i bet they would look good with red! Have fun with that 2nd Fox resto!!

Thanks MAD-BEE,it does look good in red but i'd love some gold rims to put on it,yum! I've got another Fox in bits and hopefully it'll be restored to it's former glory.

Nice looking Fox! looks good in red. Great buggies and very smooth in action! It was my 3rd tamiya years ago and i did very well with it on the track at my old club! I was racing my Frog that was very good i though and then i got a Fox and Wow!! the performance was in a different league!! My Fox would glide around the track so smoothly compared to my ageing very much loved old Frog!! The Fox has some small faults....Performance is not one of them!! and in its day this buggy was outstanding!! Cheers MAD-BEE
