I have no idea what this is, but... here it is! Bought it about a year ago after the seller finally came down to reasonable price. If it's VW and R/C I've got to have at least one in my collection! ;) It's very primitive, late 70s/early 80s style. It reminds me of another similar car I have that was used at carnivals. You could put a Quarter into a podium with controls and drive a car around for a bit. I'm not sure if this car was built for that (my other one was for sure), but it is a similar style and scale. It's roughly 1/8 scale.
Electronics are the old Kraft stuff. Motor seems to be more modern than the rest of the car.
I'll probably clean it up a bit and shelf it. The thick fiberglass shell coated in a HEAVY gold flake is something to see!

Heavy chop on that glass! Kraft electronics Thick aluminum chassis. Keylee standing guard.

Seems really stout. Check with subarubratjunkie on who could have made it. I might have a Kraft tx to go with that radio gear.

Just thought of something funny about the title of this post, it matches what the 'ewoks' called C3PO/Quagmire in the 'It's a Trap' Family Guy installment of the Star Wars Trilogy.
