| description | Build the Sand Master . Already run it but the stock friction shocks where terrible. so installed some Ultima rear shocks and some old shorter oil shocks at the front and it runs great now. hope you like the pictures . Cheers,Alex |

@ MAD-BEE,Thanks buddy,just tryed it out on the camping.And it runs very good on grass and dusty sand road
which one drives better the turnigy or the sandmaster?
Nice retro looking car, Kyosho back on track with this one, on my shopping list.
this is the best looking modern buggy ive seen what a great design didnt know these existed so thanks for sharing this cool looking buggy something else to add to my want list !!
Did order my sandmaster today as i could not resist. think this is way cooler that a tamtech buggy champ!!!
Did you already upgrade the motor or are you still running the stock setup?
This looks a very fun buggy to hit the beach with Alex!!
@TheOtherRacingGreen,45 minutes. It sure is very easy to build if you take your time. I always build very fast ,did really take my time with this one
How long did the build take you?
Great car! Thanks for sharing your experiences and photos. I would like to know the length of the oil shocks you've used. If you like, feel free to join the Sandmaster thread on the forums: [Click here] Cheers.
@TheOtherRacingGreen,I sure recomend other oil filled shocks. The stock shocks cant be filled with oil ,just friction adjustmend at the spring. Makes the buggy very bouncy,like a grasshopper
which hop ups do you recommend. can the provided shocks be filled with oil or do i have to add new dampers?
@hammerstien,first I will run it stock but with 2s lipo it sure is pretty fast. I will take a 10 turns brushless on holiday next week. If it runs good on the stock motor I leave it that way,but maybe the brushless setup temped me to install it
looks great wonder how log to u stick a better motor in and really push it to see how it holds up
@stickerbod,it sure was tempting
@the-way ballbearings all the way, @gazwilts 12mm hex,@mrmtodd,thanks I agree
Looks great, very tempting
cool ride!! how does it perform? maybe will get one myself
Looks cool, hadn't heard of this one before
For some reason it looks better with the black shocks. I really dig this buggy
cool, what is the wheel fitment like on these? wondering what one would look like with some SRB wheels and tyres
As I thought, really nice looking buggy! Hope you manage to put ball bearings for a better performance ? Thanks for sharing again
