| description | Unboxing pictures. Could not resist any longer. Sold some stuff (to be more precise my beloved cannondale bike) and got my XO-1 today. 1st XO-1 on Tamiyaclub? Thinking about the mods -> i will add a faster servo (BMS-617DMG+HS) and a gyro. Looking very much forward to my first drive |

@pininy -> road already found -> see my quest for a tamiya bonneville!!!!!
This is really awesome!!!! now you need to find a road to burn rubber!!
Awesome! If I ever strike the lottery, I'm definitely getting one of these.
Congrats...this is a awesome car.Definitely on my wish list. Saw one at my LHS and its a fantastic piece of machinery. They actually tested one for the local hobby magazine and clocked 103mph in a public road.It gets more stable the faster you go, but its a handful.
That is soooo cool ! I saw one of these at my local rc shop today. It is much bigger than i expected. Now get some videos recorded
Very nice !!!just send the car to me and I will unlock it with my sons Ipod
@neobrunox thanks for the congrats. originally i wanted a silver one. but i think they are very hard to see at speed.
Congrats you are the first
i have some other radios an will swith radios as soon as i have unlocked the xo-1 (just have to get a used ipod 2nd gen on ebay).
I'd love one of these but I don't own my own private runway or live near one so no good for me. One tip buy a different radio once you update the firmware that's when your problems will start I have one dead tqi radio and won't update the other
Do not know how it drives yet. Just received the box today. Did not run the car yet. Will use it on an abandoned airfiel (see my other post). I am really curious how the car will perform.
Is it really drivable at high speeds? Or do you need your own high speed track to use it?
