Super Violet Sand Viper [DT-02 2014 Challenge Car, Mod class]

This originally started life as a slightly hopped up Violet Racer but with the introduction of the DT-02 challenge last year by Super Gripper I decided not to use my heavily modified Sand Viper and keep that as a show car/light runner and build a dedicated race car for this years DT-02 challenge which I sadly had to miss last year. I've done a fair bit of reading write ups and looking at tips to improve the chassis since the 1st event took place so thanks to everyones help on TC, I've also decide to stop throwing any more money at this car now and leave it as it is before costs start to get really silly. This Buggy is Ballraced, Alloy motor mount, has front and rear carbon shock tower stays, Alloy rear Dampers, Low friction Shaft set, Low friction shafts to replace the steering king pins, Front lower attachment pins, The front wishbones have been flipped to lengthen the wheel base [cheers Qatmix] High torque servo saver, Alloy servo mounts, light weight hollow gear shafts, alloy stub axles and C- Blocks, Ball differential and Universal Drive shafts, Large Dish DF-03 rear wheels, Schumacher Yellow Mini spikes on the rear with Front Yellow cut staggers all with hard inserts. Its also fitted with a Tamiya BZ Stock motor which I will swap out for a 19T motor. Cant wait until Sept! :]
