Old and New

Here are my original and re-re Scorpions,i'm not a massive fan of Kyosho but love the look of the Scorpion and had to get my grubby mits on one to restore,i found the original on German ebay and it's was originally distributed by Graupner,i bid and won it literally 24 hours before the re-re Scorpion was announced! 'DOH!' I don't think i would have bothered with an original if i had known,anyway it was too late by then and i don't mind actually as it was a nice straight forward resto and allowed me a bit of artistic licience as i did the re-re boxart and did not need two looking the same.
