Hmm, don't the rock buster and the road runner use the same body? :-p
The funny thing is, that i actually have such a yellow front bumper laying in parts box, so that one will be mounted when restoring this one.
Clones are not marked as far as I remember. If you take the body off of it, there should be a big Tamiya logo at the front. It seems to be a Tamiya chassis, because clones have a more complex front suspension configuration. But the body I believe it is from the Academy ''Rockbuster''. Now, I'm curious. Be sure to let us know what is that buggy. Haha
Yeah, i saw that they had better front suspension, so i will Apple that to this car aswell. But I'm pretty sure that it is a tamiya hopper chassis under that Academy body. The seller said it was a hopper so i thrust that he know what he once bought. But will chck tomorrow
The Rockbuster and The Rockbuster II were made by World Engines. Later on, Academy made it as the Roadrunner. Basically the same car with different hop up parts. I have a fully restored Rockbuster in my showroom. They are all cool odd balls.

I think you Are spot on, SpZero, just googeled it and they Are the same. I'm missing the rear wing, but that shouldn't be to hard to fix.
