This has been in need of restoration for a long time, I bought this car with my first pay packet from Sony when I was 16. I have purchased a donor car based on the same chassis kit from ebay. I'm not a big fan of 4WD, as I prefer the raggedness of 2WD. A lot of love go into this one, as a car I have owned for21 years.

The donor car is a Blazing Stat, the best looking of Manta Ray Series imho. I will restore that one.

Wow, those are the bare bits leftover from your original. It seems the common Achilles Heel, the broken chassis. I got on a kick on buying the TA01 buggies/DF01??? I never know what it is called really these days. I must have bought about 6 various states of chassis to cobble together a small army of these guys. I think the Blazing Star is a little ugly with its weird wheel TBH, but then it is very funny that the bodyshell is the clone to the Terra Conqueror which looks really cool IMO. What a difference a set of wheels makes! Sell off those BS wheels as they are exclusive Toyota Celica wheels and keep the tires for a CC01 project, or I could take the tires off your hands.

Yes, I agree with you Crash Cramer, the BS wheels are odd but the body is the best of Manta series. The body is the same of the Terra Conqueror obviosly but the color and the stickers are better so #1 Blazing Star, #2 Terra Conqueror, #3 Dirt Thrasher (at the end is a Terra Scorcher body!), #4 Top Force Evo, #5 Top Force, #6 Manta Ray. This is my personal chart.
