KING CAB Resto Mod project
This was a great ebay find some time ago, chassis is mint apart from a crack!!! Its big money for a replacement chassis, but will need to be done. This will be an high end rest mod, wanted one of these for years. The shocks on this car are awful, just bounces everywhere, corners terribly.

I would repair the crack if the car is a runner.

Yike, that crack looks more like battle damage. I am sure you will make it great when you are done.

how can I repair? epoxy then shape when set?

It depends about what do you want. It will be a runner or a shelfer?

If the damage is just limited to that 'notch' and it will be a runner, I think you could leave it, but if there is more damage than seen and there is a screw or bolt that needs afixing at that spot, well then I guess some epoxy might be the right way to go.
