Needed to have one in my collection
I original picked up this Wheeler from Japan with two other cars (see third picture). After selling the other two I decided it was time to get this one finished.
The chassis was stripped down and cleaned up as required. Quite a few metal parts were all polished to remove old marks from tarnishing. The wheels and tyres are brand new items that I found online.
The body is the genuine body cleaned, sanded, painted with a new sticker set. The bumper took a while to find but one came up on Ebay.

I have a reissue on pre order.....

Thanks Dave. Tyres were very hard to get but wheels relatively easy. Easier than some 1/8 nitro parts!

Very nice indeed, I can see why you chose to keep this one! Great job on the resto, it looks superb.

I would be torn, why not leave it PINK and then it could live on the PINK SIG. I also wonder why I haven't thought of a camo green HotShot before either??? That one looks cool.

The body was pink but very scruffy. The camo hotshot was in need of some love so I sold it on Ebay.
