I don't generally look at Traxxas stuff, because to me they look like brightly colored toys and go way to fast with very little character... but nontheless I have had a few over the years if they are on sale or in this case I get them at a yard sale. I bought 4 Rc cars last week for a total of $105 3 Traxxas and one mystery AE truck. I got the 3 Traxxas: Original 14.4v Emaxx, a newer brushed Bandit (not shown), and a Nitro Stampede for $100 at a charity sale, I could have paid much less but it was a charity sale so I offered $100 for the box of 3 without knowing the condition of them. Turned out the only thing I wanted was the emaxx and it ran great, the stock body/bumpers looked like crap but underneath was in great mechanical condition. The former owner had lowered it and messed up the shocks. I sold the Nitro Stampede for $110 and paid for the whole lot, I gave the Bandit to my nephew and sold the mystery AE truck for $20 (paid $5) and got a Novak Super Rooster out of it that worked. So I now have an Emaxx with apx -$30 invested so I bought a few upgrades on ebay from the guys who part out new trucks, a better 2.4ghz radio from a newer emaxx, some tmaxx 3.3 shocks and some Pro-line semi-scale bumpers, I had an old HPI body Bronco body, some Axial parts, and a roof rack in my parts piles already so for about $75 I have a nice emaxx basher truck with a much nicer look than it came with.

Super cheap and quick basher project PL bumper from the bay actually cost the most 1 Old HPI body set I had waiting for chassis rotted old Bruiser tire and Axial bumper Painted it to match my CC01 Bronco not really scale but has fun stance former owner got paint on tire lol the culled stuff, will go in parts pile $5 mystery but I got a Novak ESC and $20 also got this but it paid for the whole lot

I removed the rear bumper after first run, the tire was too heavy and bouncy So I just stuck on the stock rear bumper but painted it black

Hi Seth, you had a right result there for sure! Btw I had that Bronco body in more or less the same scheme on my old Clod crawler.. I never thought of trying it on my Emaxx, it looks good!
