With the running models bug hitting hard and my mate Chris running his new built Bruiser, how could I leave my wing man on his own. This model was built by Xray Mark 2 years ago when it was beige, then sold to a fellow Tamiyaclub member and repainted. After all this time it still had not been used and appeared on ebay recently, which I couldn't refuse. Crawling wise it certainly benefits from having the Diff's locked. Tyres seem to be too hard and recommend a Crawler ESC for inclines as the weight of the model rolling downwards is a handful lol.
Comments welcome and thanks for looking

nice, always fun to run a bruiser

I wondered where my old bruiser went I sold it to a guy who I thought sold it on! I'm glad it went to a club member who's making good use of her! The colour is rover stone metallic if you scratch her! I did go over the park and use ( very lightly though!)

Certainly a stunner in the flesh and only knew it was my mates as it still has some beige paint under the shell. Bought 4 LED bulbs for the roof then realised it has 5 which look a nightmare to fit, having to drill holes in the back. Gave up and took some off a Scorcher with the shorter bar cable tied on. Managed to keep it on 4 wheels most of the meet, rolling once in a bush. Phew

I must say it was my favourite re-building to date! I had great plans for her but a avante BS came along at a fair price and the rest was history! I will get another one in the future!

They both look great and the rollbar and lights really set this one different from the rest.

Great pictures Barry. It nice to see these trucks out in the muck doing their thang!

Two great looking trucks. Might be nice to see them with some scale wheels and tyres.

Thanks for the comments. Funnily enough that's all I have been looking at since Sunday Steve lol. Can't believe the range in prices and could be a expensive mistake getting it wrong.

Nice Bruiser. Like the colour.
