My scale F-350 High Lift found a new home in order to make way for the evolution in my scale off-road building with this Gmade Sawback. I finished the truck to the point you see here approximately 6 months ago which was followed shortly thereafter by a new job, relocation and moving twice in 3 months which thankfully culminated with the purchase of my first home. As a result, I'm just now starting to get my hobby room together and unpacking my r/c cars and this truck was the next one out of the box so I thought it was time to add it to my showroom. After a thorough search last spring, I settled on this Gmade Sawback because it seemed to provide the most realistic chassis/leaf spring suspension features without breaking the bank (IMHO). Unfortunately, that meant the inclusion of a lexan Jeep body which pales in comparison to many hard plastic bodies so, in an effort to keep costs down and fund more important parts, it was sold on. I will be using my original F-350 High lift body that I saved. I added an inexpensive China breaking ESC with cooling fan, RC4WD 55t crawler motor, SCX-10 rock sliders, Gmade chassis-mounted steering servo kit and purchased a set of their hardened aluminum drive shafts as back up since the plastic units, although beefy, remain a weak point on most of these offroad scalers. This is my first Gmade product and I was pleasantly surprised to found that the fit, finish and materials on this model are superb and certainly as good as any Tamiya vehicle I've assembled so hats off to Junfac/Gmade. The scale realism of the metal parts, shocks and axles is phenomenal and the primary reason I purchased this model. For example, it comes with a beautiful chrome C-channel chassis that looks amazingly scale other than the bright chrome. Therefore, instead of purchasing their black powder-coated version for nearly $80 USD, I took the time to paint and clear-coat the chassis and most of the chrome parts black which I think makes a world of difference. The one thing this truck doesn't have and that I miss is a shifting transmission so I may upgrade to an RC4WD 2-speed transmission at some point. Next up is mounting the accessories and body, sorting some bumpers and then it's finished....for now. :) More pics to come as I make progress. Thanks for looking and hope you enjoy.

F-350 High Lift body should look good on here I love those scale U-bolts! :) RC4WD steel beadlocks/Rok lox look right at home SCX-10 rock sliders fit perfectly Linkage/gear cover will probably get painted black Built on a budget but can do it all
