When two become one...
I bought a Fox off ebay a few months back from Japan, and it turned up rusty as - but only the rear end for some reason. It was like it was half immersed in a bucket of water or something. Strange. So I found another beaten up Fox from the USA, and it proved a good match for all the replacement parts I needed. Now I can run this Fox with it's Dyna Run motor. Goes good. The motor box states these are for on-road cars only, not sure why.
BTW -second Fox in the photo was NOT the donor car for parts (that's my shelfer).
Thanks guys,
Nathan

The Fox looks great, a real classic from Tamiya, Ive never actually run one, how does it handle?

Mate, for my limited driving skills, it's a handful. It snakes around a lot. I think my first Fox as a kid was like that too. I have not got any better at driving over the years. Compared to my Avante with brushless 6.5t setup it's easier to control. Compared to my K Lazer ZX6 (with 4.5T crazy motor) - it's poor. That thing just hooks up and goes in a straight line, full throttle... Still, not as fun as this though!! The old buggies are the best - just wish I had more skills.

I think the bad handling isn't the driver, it is those front tires, TOO MUCH GRIP. We ought to sort out some of the OEM slicks.
