| description | I hate to admit it but i have been without a Tamiya buggy for some time, although my first car was a Boomerang i soon seemed to move into rc racing and began using other cars.
Recently while perusing eBay i stumbled upon this Tamiya Falcon hadn't seen one for some time so i took second look, it appeared to be a half built kit with all the parts included in the box and unused. So ended up buying it for £70. A good or bad price i'm not sure? but not only did it come with the half built Falcon which is MINT but it also came with a NIB Acoms Techniplus, NIB Acoms fast charger, and NIB Tamiya 1200 racing pack, all unused and in mint condition. Now it just needs finishing off and painting.
It Appears that the previous owner of the kit had started to build it and for some reason not finished it, then put it into storage due to the 'Simpsons Removals and Storage' sticker on the side of the box.
Would love to hear your comments

I prefer to brush polycarbonate shells... correct Tamiya paints are labelled in the manual!
I was originally going to have this as a runner but it's survived since 1986 without being used, so it almost seems a shame to use it
I was gutted I didn't win it and would have been happy to pay £70 so I think you got a HUGE bargain. Not Tamiya's prettiest car for sure but New Build is lovely whatever it is. Nice piece of history!
I would call that definately a bargain as some of that radio gear NIB can get pricey. Nice looker and great buy.
That looks like a pretty substancial deal to me! Congratulations, Finish it!
I bid on that with you, so sorry it didn't stay at the £49 I joined you at! Still, you won it so congrats! I see you got a rear wing already, didn't he say he couldn't find it? Nice kit you got there, love to see the pics when you have finished it!
man what a find, you got a bargain!!!
I know 'The Falcon' may not be the most sought after car, i guess you love them or hate them! Does anyone know what price they normally fetch in this condition?
