Tamiya Sans Buggy Collection Full Set
How cute are these? 1:6 scale of the actual model (1:60 scale) Like someone put the 1:10 in a shrink machine.
I'd been after a Grasshopper one for some time but had not managed to find one until now. As luck has it, I didn't just find one, I found the entire set... and best of all, for $20.
There's a Frog, Hornet, Grasshopper, Avante and Buggy Champ (Rough Rider). Each car has 3 examples, a boxart, alternate paint scheme and a clear body to paint yourself. No one should need to ask what colour I will paint the clear ones. LOL.
They will all be assembled and decals fitted and put on display above my PC. More photos when I finish unpacking and get them completed.

They appear to be acrylic clear plastic, you paint the outside and leave the windows clear. There are 5 clear ones.

Nice, I got a couple last year when they seemed to be all over eBay. You got one big deal with all of them for $20. I do know of one more, the mystery surprise Buggy Champ that is PERFECT BOX Art and has chrome wheels and is on a WHITE display base. That is the hard one to find it would seem.

Yes the mystery one is very rare. I've searched and couldn't even find a picture. I see other sellers have the full sets for $100+.

It's a 4th RR, perfect boxart as Crash Crammer said. The picture of it on the back of the normal ones boxes is blacked out so you can't see it, but you can see the shape is a RR.

Great! But can anyone explain to me why there´s no Sand scorcher in the bunch???? Surely the SS must have been more popular then the RR?
