| description | This is my Subaru painted as a road going 22B STi Impreza (My favourite Subaru).
It was bought new from the local Dick Smith electronics shop for the huge sum of $499. Has been well used over the last 10 years, but well looked after and never rolled. The photo on the magazine is when it was first painted and the rest are recent.
It has a MambaMax 5700Kv brushless fitted with a few alloy upgrades and the FRP chassis set. More upgrades to go when funds allow.
I very much like the way the TA03F drives and with a set of drift tyres fitted it's extremely easy to control. It goes like a rocket with the 5700Kv and 7.4v Li-Po. Eats nitros much to the horror of the nitro driver, and runs for longer than their 75cc fuel tank.

But But its yellow should I be suprised ...nope. Nice looking car Mark very nicely detailed looks great
Gotta love rally cars for the street! Nice job with the paint, Mark!
Looks really smart in yellow.
That is great. Really beautiful in yellow.
The wheels are the kit wheels and the colour is STi Yellow which was an optional colour for the real car. It's auto paint, the correct Subaru yellow. Thanks for the nice comments guys
Nice car. Looks great in that colour. A bit different, i like it !
Ah yes, not crashing. I wonder what it would look like if I'd driven it for 10 years. Doubt it would still resemble an Impreza.
WOW! thats AWESOME in yellow, job well done sir!
Different and nice with those wheels. Nice one.
@WW-Nut: Don't crash, don't roll and wash the car down after use with a damp cloth. I've wornout a Mamba motor in this car if that's any indication of the use it gets. Dick Smith is a ripp off and I didn't know any better back then, they ordered in special for me.
Fast motor, 10 years old but still looks like new. Confused, how do you do that???? And why was it so expensive.
No that makes a refreshing change. Nice work.
Thats in very good nick for 10 years, nice car.
Looks sweet in yellow and shows the shut lines off well, excellent job.
