description  Hello, anyone tryed/noticed that the 'smoke' chrome from the Hilux can be washed away with nitro-thinner and a soft brush...... I did not liked the dark smoke- effect and wanted 'real' chrom and it worked. It must be done fast to not damage the plastic, maybe no work for a scaredy-cat

Dynamite Body Wash and the tint falls off in seconds. Soak in soapy warm water to neutralize and your done. Glad to see other ways.

try break fluid... doesn't damage the plastic. Just not too long... will remove chrom too!
