| description | Well, Thanks to Bill(aka bmwboyM6) and his handy sandy machine at work, I have something to sort out with a Blackfoot grill. You can see that there was a decent paint job attempted on the lights and 'cheese grater' inset, but I wanted a little more depth, so Bill took care of that. Of course it meant sacrificing the two larger mounting screw posts, but I intend on gluing this one in all the way around and running it lightly. I am going for the realistic look over perfect painting. Tell me what you think and NO, the other grill is NOT for sale. I will hopefully move forward with my Ford realistic truck build, just as soon as I can get some idea on paint color and a chassis.

Very nice job on the grill, looks more scale and realistic! Like to see it on your truck.
Very nice Chris, its a crime when these grills are not detailed in any way I look forward to seeing the finished body!
Thank you all,@Dante....NO.
Looks good Chris. Sure beats the plain silver look of the stock Grill.
Nice work mate it looks much better with the work done more realistic.
I cant believe your RC parts are on a peg board
Great idea, and conner hit the nail on the head!
but now you must build a radiator to stuck behind you're see trough mesh. I can make you a picture of what a 1/24 scale rad. looks like for the XLT??
Nice job! Can't wait to see the rest.
Oh, is the other grill for sale?
Wow, that is some high praise already and I haven't even begun to sort the chassis or dip the body in brake fluid to rid myself of some ugly paint.
It's neat little touches like these that make top notch models stand out from the crowd!
i like that!!!! definitely realistic-might try this myself, thanks for the idea.
WOW! great work on this grill, it is perfect! Oh no, it is realistic...
