Sorry to post so soon but a lot changed in 24 hours. I was scared to do this final step I had planned for my SS but no pain no gain so I went ahead and sprayed it with mist of faux mud splash like my real cars always get from wind. I don't have an airbrush so i had to use spray cans at a distance in the always present Wyoming wind. I also busted the windshield and masked the wiper locations as best I could. so now it is really ready to go drive it lol! Thanks again for all the great comments and hopefully you don't mind seeing it again so soon but so changed ;) Thanks for looking.

This mud isn't super scale yet but the real stuff will typically fix that when it builds up on the lower body

Brilliant the way you did the windscreen. So great this. Bringing back memories of a book I had one time with great pictures of Beetles, Baja and Cal-look. Some great pics of bajas in action (unfortunately gone and wish I knew the title). Thanks for this. This is genius in its own unique way. Classic.
