Its very nearly here. A whole weekend of RC mayhem. We have got fun races happening about every 20mins throughout both days and the most RC trading of kits and parts between enthusiasts you are likely to come across. If you want to find out more about the event then follow the link to the forum at the bottom of this page.

No more time to left to send any more newsletters out, so thanks for the interest so far. I'll try and keep this down to the facts so it has everything you need if you were thinking of attending.

How much is it?
Advanced tickets are now closed but you can still pay on the day.The cost is £6.00 on the gate for everyone over 13 (Those under that age must be with a ticket holding adult) That ticket gets you into the venue, allows you buy and sell and take part in the race events

How do I take park in the events?
Advanced race booking closes at lunch time Friday and is only open to advance ticket buyers. You can still book your place for races on the day, by completing the booking sheet near the race track.

If you enter into a race and then can't make it, please revisit this form and remove yourself. If its real last minute, then just scribble your name out of the printed sheets on the day which will be on the wall near the track. Likewise if you want to enter on the day please add your name to these sheets.

Did someone mention a raffle?
Yep, that right. There will be two, one on each day with the draw being made at 3pm each day. The prize on Saturday is a brand new Wild One ReRelease kit donated by FusionHobbies.com and on Sunday we'll be giving away a Brand New Holiday Buggy ReRelease donated by Tamiyaclub. Saturday visitors can buy tickets for both. If you are not around at the time of the ticket draw, then you accept postage costs to your home address. Tickets are available at the gate.

What about food?
Teas, Coffees and sweet and savoury snacks are available all day onsite. There will also be a hot breakfast and a lunchtime sandwich run, at 9am and 12pm repectively. Place you orders at the gate. If you'd sooner walk and get your own there are various options about 10mins away

And TShirts?
We have a limited number in all sizes, just come and find me for details. (I'm will be the bald harassed looking guy trying to do several things at once)

Are there any terms and conditions I should know about
Yes there is and by attending you are accepting to follow them.
