Targeted towards consumers in their twenties, Toyota's mysterious bB was released in February 2000, and falls into the small minivan class that is sweeping Japan. Tamiya undertakes the replication of this promising car as an electric powered RC assembly model kit on the all new M-03L Chassis. The M-03L is an ABS monocoque chassis with a separate polycarbonate gearbox. This chassis is finished in all black, differing from the gray colored M-03 chassis. It features an elongated wheelbase of 239mm, which makes it one of the longest FF chassis. The bB is equipped with four wheel double wishbone suspension and low friction dampers for smooth running performance. All new curved spoked wheels and 60D radial tires complete this quality chassis. The box-like exterior of the bB (which incidentally stands for black Box) has been accurately recreated in shock resistant polycarbonate. Various original stickers such as "side flames" are also included to give some extra style to the bB. [from Tamiya]
