Introducing an R/C model of the Calsonic Skyline GT-R machine driven by Japanese top drivers Kazuyoshi Hoshino and Satoshi Motoyama under Team Impul during the 2001 All-Japan GT Championship Season. The body's characteristic form has been precisely recreated down to the Skyline's front low-hanging bumper spoiler that nearly touches the road, protruding blister fenders, and over sized rear spoilers. But this new body isn't only about looks. Tamiya's 1/10 scale Calsonic Skyline GT-R 2001 body also realizes weight-savings to enhance driving performance.
Cutting-Edge R/C Transmission
Made to race, the high-efficiency 2 belt 4WD system of the TA04-S chassis offers superior control and performance. Both upper and lower portions of this double deck frame are made of reinforced resin. Chassis settings can be finely adjusted for customized race performance.
