Released 22/04/1998 this was the first double deck TGX chassis that Tamiya produced. The new chassis deck took 20g off the original weight. Sometimes this version is mistakenly called the TGX Mk2. This particular kit didn't come with a nitro engine supplied but the kit instructions suggested the FS-15RS.
