  1. By curio - I guess I mean 'new to me' Anyone ever seen one of these in the flesh? https://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=79393 (Lots more pictures here)
  2. Just updared the car database with most of the recent additions thanks. On these few could someone give me the official chassis designation/types. Is CC-02 a new one? thanks Chris
  3. There are some fine tuning I need to experiment with as all the images for the site are delivered via a 'content delivery service' which does its best to optimise performance for the user and stop the server over stressing. Still playing with the options. Chris
  4. I just noticed that. I've added a tweak to the code, so let me know if you still have problems. cheers Chris
  5. Started adding Decals and Exploded Views to the Vintage Media section. Got loads of this sort of stuff from back in the early days. Thought I'd start with some F1 and TG10 items as I often neglect them - these are first couple more to come. More images on the page. https://www.tamiyaclub.com/article.asp?id=280&rt=f https://www.tamiyaclub.com/article.asp?id=279&rt=f If you are after anything like this, particularly in from the first 120 models let me know.
  6. I've thrown it over to the company behind the forum software to see if they are any closer to having an answer
  7. @taffer the issue is linked with you needing to log out and in again. The flow is - upload media and then it takes you to the thing you just uploaded so you can check, and then on that screen you should see a button to add another article
  8. Yes it should do that - will take a look and update here
  9. @taffer the change I made so you can automatically have your posts go live, might only take effect the next time you log out and log back in again. Chris
  10. Just released another 20+ retro adverts, leaflets and reviews to the Vintage Media section including these gems...Many thanks to the contributors https://www.tamiyaclub.com/articles.asp art_27022005161528_1.bmp art_827201982438_1.webp
  11. Thats a good point. I wouldn't worry about it for now, I'll do some manual house cleaning from time to time and then try and think of a more automated process later on. I was thinking off adding keyword tags to the articles and then adding a search option which might make it easier to check
  12. @taffer all your posts should give live immediately - let me know if it doesn't Cheers Chris
  13. Added a new filter so you can choose what to see now.
  14. @taffer great work on the latest Futaba Magnum upload https://www.tamiyaclub.com/article.asp?id=273 I'll make it so your goes immediately live later today
  15. @Winniez sure any logged in member can upload images to this section. I'll even give away free subscriptions to a random few that do. cheers chris
  16. @markbt73 any vintage material is great - it doesn't haev to be Tamiya specific! I just uploaded this old MRP-110 ad https://www.tamiyaclub.com/article.asp?id=272
  17. Excellent, actually noticed you were the last one to do it - give it a go and let me know if it doesn't behave as expected. Thanks Chris
  18. BETA TESTERS WANTED! We've already got 300 odd retro adverts/articles in our database but I think there are a 'few' more out there, so I've made it easier than ever to add them. The articles must be prior to 2000 and you must be logged in to upload although you don't need to be a subscriber. In fact I'll pick a few uploaders, at random, that help with the testing and give them a years free subscription if they want it. Get uploading here https://www.tamiyaclub.com/media_update.asp YOUR UPLOADS WONT APPEAR AT THIS POINT BUT THEY WILL EVENTUALLY - Cheers If you just want to browse through the retro media we've got so far you can find it here https://www.tamiyaclub.com/articles.asp
  19. Subscription is £15.00 a year (That works out at just £1.25/mth) Details of what you get can be found on this page https://www.tamiyaclub.com/paymentinstructions.asp Chris
  20. Because of the number of forum users we have to limit the amount of images we can host for any of them, sorry. That said, subscribers, as well as their showrooms and competition access, get full access to TCPhotos.net where they can upload whatever images they like and easily link to them. More about that here
  21. I've not changed anything to do with file uploading or allowed files sizes. Anyone else having the same issue?
