I think definitions are good to give a general idea, but in the end long detailed descriptions and nice pictures define conditions better. Just as an example if a car has just one small part from a used one, can we count it as new built? If not, this means the owner rather remove the part and leave it only 99% but then it would0 be new built? Anyway nice topic, but words and pictures cannot be replaced.
