  1. The Mountaineer chassis has surface oxidation on the main rails. The rear bumper supports have surface rust. The chassis components are complete except for the mechanical speed controller (though I may be able to locate it - no promises). Rubber switch cover is intact as are the tranny plugs. This was my runner truck, thus I can verify that the gearbox shifts as it should even on the fly. Truck is fitted with a pair of LEDs in the light buckets and powered by a 9V battery taped under the bodyshell. Let me know if you require detailed pictures of anything. I am selling it without electronic gear. Asking 290 UK pounds, 550 USD or 430 Euro, plus shipping. Estimated cost to Europe is 30 UK pounds, or 60 USD and takes 2 weeks at most. I prefer Paypal payments.
  2. That'd be the Hilux and the Mountaineer with the Bruiser bodyshell.
  3. Bumping it up, 2 trucks to go.
  4. Going by today's xe.com rates, 300 pounds works out to 564.839 USD if you don't want radio gear on the runner, and 350 pounds works out to 658.979 USD for the Hilux. I can look into combined shipping on the pair, I will need to find a large enough box to fit the two though.
  5. Red Mountaineer is gone; just the Hilux and the Mountaineer with Bruiser body left.
  6. Smiffy, I received your email but my reply to you was bounced back. Could you please contact me?
  7. prices added: I want 350 UKP for the Hilux, and 300 UKP for each of the Mountaineers (without the radio and ESC gear).
  8. Hi guys, All 3 of the 4x4 trucks in my showroom are up for sale, notes on each truck are as follows (these will be modified as I begin pulling them out of their storage bags) Hilux http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.a...=146&sid=28 Truck is complete except for missing side mirror. Has the original Tamiya which holds a small charge, but hasn't been charged in ages. Also has the speed controller which worked the last time I tested it. Mechanism box is missing one tab in the front that keys into the front cab. Tires have good tread, but are drying out. I treated them with tire compound and they're more pliable now. Bodyshell has some road rash on the top corners of the roof, front bumper corners. Windscreen is not cracked but is not crystal clear. No deep scratches, so it should polish out fine. Front bumper as some external rust. Rear bumper is slightly twisted. I've never driven this truck before since acquiring it from eBay. Front one-way locking hubs lock and unlock. Worn universal driveshafts were replaced with new ones. There are new tranny plugs in it as in the other two. Mountaineer #1 http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.a...=157&sid=28 Truck is a standard Mountaineer chassis, and it may not have the standard mechanical speed controller. Body is the standard Mountaineer with rollbar and lights that aren't broken, windscreen has a crack down the middle and painted in black. No rear license plate, and the tailgate details are soft (due to me leaving it in degreaser too long). Repainted in Tamiya Mica Red with a new set of Tamiya original decals. Mountaineer #2 http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.a...d=145&id=28 Truck is a standard Mountaineer chassis, and it has a Futaba 3PDF to go with it. 3 servos (probably S3003 type) and a Novak Racer EX speed controller. Radio is adjusted to be able to shift the truck with the 3rd channel in all 3 gears. Body is a used Bruiser shell in metallic blue, windscreen is not cracked. No side mirror, no rear license plate. There is an interior. A front LED lighting kit is installed. I'm basically looking for offers at this point. The trucks are in Singapore and shipping will be charged accordingly. It costs about US$100 to ship 10 kilograms (that is 22 pounds) from Singapore to the United States. Other locations will vary, but I always charge actual postage rates. I will accept Paypal payments. If you are from my neck of the woods you can even come and pick it up if you have cash in hand. I have an eBay account, and I can run a private auction if you feel that protects you better, however you will pay eBay charges, as at this stage, I am selling the trucks on here just to avoid those very charges. The Hilux is by far the heaviest (it has the original sealed battery) and comes in at around 7-8kg (estimates for now). The two Mountaineers are around 5-6kg.
  9. Hi, I'm after the Tamiya TA02 chassis, preferably with original Tamiya hop up options like the FRP chassis and shock towers, carbon driveshafts, universals, anti roll bars. Let me know what you've got? Thanks
  10. No, I didn't die, or get abducted by aliens. I've been tied up with work (bad weather creates more work for me) and I haven't had the time get my trucks weighed or worked out the postal rates for the guys who enquired from the UK, US, New Zealand and Spain. I'll reply each mail accordingly.
