  5. Hi Jerry; I think the 4WD belt drive is worth A LOT if you find the right person. I personally would love to have it!!! I don't think I have the money though... [] The 2WD one, is also probably not worth as much as the 4WD, but they are nevertheless very rarely seen around. -marius
  6. The differential casing is this item: Top Force Aluminum Pressure Plate Sets (53112), the tungsten carbide is just the balls inside the differential; hard to tell them apart from regular steel-balls unless you have a high-end weight-measurement unit which can tell them apart. -marius
  7. Hi; answers for your questions; No, no and no. I think all those items (except motor ofcourse) were developed after the release of the car. - marius
  8. I am currently in the procedure of finding out what parts my top force needs to be of evo specifications. I want it all to be correct; and have come up with this list: - Wheels should be replaced to orange ones part# 0445230/31 (F/R) - Top Force Evo. Decal sheet - Ball differentials needs Top Force Aluminum Pressure Plate Sets (53112) Anyone got two of these for me [] ? - Universals also at the rear (53028) - A Manta Ray Torque Splitter should be in (53071) - Sealed ball bearings and hollow gear shafts (53073) - And ofcourse chassis plates should be carbon (53100 AND part#4025032 for the correct upper deck, different writings on the upper deck, but same plate) - Screw bags ABCD should be repaced (parts#9465407 to 9465410) - Front and rear damper stays (#4305287 and #4305286) - HiCap Dampers short front and rear (2x of 53037) - 4x 850 sealed ball bearings for steering (53030) - Turnbuckle shaft set (53109) - Stainless steel suspension shaft set (53098) Lack of access to a top force evolution manual makes me uncertian if this is the complete list of items. Can anyone confirm or let me know what I have missed out on? Does it for instance have the 53124 Tungsten Carbide Ball Diff set stock? Have a nice day everyone! - Marius
  9. Also the chassis tub is different.

  11. I just recently won an auction titled "VINTAGE TAMIYA PRECISION BALL BEARINGS**new**" And in the description it was stated: "THE VINTAGE KIT NUMBER IS 5073**2000" This information led me to believe that this were the original old tamiya 1150 bearings that had this productnumber. But when I got the package, and there were just some new standard non-tamiya bearings I was not excactly pleased... And when I emailed the seller regarding why they were just regular 1150 bearings and not the tamiya bearings, which was stated in the title, he replied that the part number was 'just for reference' and wrote 'my auction title did not state that the bearings were made by tamiya'. My god, seriously, I just wasted £30 for eight sets of _regular 1150 bearings_ I finally thought I had gotten the correct 1150 bearings for my Big Wig and Supershot, but nono.... What would you guys do about this?
  12. usually around $300, you can check this auction and see how it ends this time. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...0&category=2565 They are not that rare, at least Jason in Japan seem to put them up for sale almost frequently.
  13. Hello mister, I have your parts. I have the incomplete B-tree, with #10, #11 and #7 on the tree. Contact me at marre@netcom.no. - Marius
