No idea but the person I bought it off said they were running a 14x2 purple tiger motor ok with it.
-
Look like I'll be keeping the Futaba then, thanks for your help!! This is the write up for the Rc Line in case anyone is interested: SP-RF10 is one of the Smoothest, Fastest and the Most Efficient speed controllers by incorporating the latest specification HYPERFET's and Digital Micro - Processor to keep you in control. Sp-RF10 increase radio range with less interference, smoother throttle responses, better acceleration and longer run times over conventional ESC's. Special function : EZ setting with Anti-Lock Brakes I've tried to include piccy but not sure if it will work?
-
I have the following ESC's but one will have to go......anyone any ideas on which is the better one to keep? They are: RCLine SP-RF10 and a Futaba MC330CR Redseven

Cheers for that, presumably there is a 'trigger' that would attract customs interest? I only want 2 kits and with postage it will be less than £150. Has anyone ever had to pay customs charges and if so are we talking about a £100 order or a £500 order? Redseven

Sorry, new to this and haven't ordered before, how do I do it?? Have clicked on link to website and added two kits to shopping basket, entered shipping details and payment details. Have not yet clicked on confirm though as there is nowhere to request the TC discount? Does this option appear after clicking confirm order or will that just bill me for the full amount? Also will there be any further charges I'll get stung for (import tax etc)? Thanks Redseven PS. Any specials being done on off road buggies that I should look out for (price reductions/free bearings thrown in etc)?

Decision made for me....15t hijacked whilst I put my son to bed so the 17t has now been purchased!!!
-
I think you missed the point, how about you have the 15t and I have the 17t but we both pay £11 instead of one paying 10 and the other paying 12!
-
Racing Green - I'm not bothered about having the 17t really but want to keep the price to the absolute minimum hence going for the 15t; if you are specifically after a 15t then maybe we could split the difference on cost. If we both pay £11 plus postage then you get your 15t I get a 17t and Sammy still gets £22 for the two motors....just a suggestion?
-
I'll go for the 15T then if that's ok, needs to be the cheaper option!!
-
What sort of price are you looking at inclusive of postage?
-
Has anyone got either a 15, 16 or 17 turn motor for sale? I plan to keep an eye on eBay over the next week or two but thought it worth a post here. Not after a professional racing one or anything, just a good condition one that goes like stink!!! Happy to pay by Paypal. Redseven

I just sold a Monster beetle with servos, msc and receiver last night, was offered £50 plus P&P on first day of auction but decided to let auction run. It had 38 people watching it at close of auction but only made £36.......gutted[:'(] Being an honest chap I shall still be sending it off to the winning bidder!! This was the first time I had not used a reserve price, fed up with Ebay fees (not sure how their charges work but seems to add up pretty quickly!!) so thought I'd try 99p no reserve auction, hoping it would get a bit of auction fever going........never again!! Tamiya Super CVA Mini Shocks 50746 for TA05, TT01
Redseven replied to Redseven's topic in Trade Archive
Lemming, not sure what they are worth to you but I'll take what I paid for them which is £11 posted to your door. If you're still interested let me know. -
Schoolboy Error......bought these by mistake, got a bit hasty on ebay! Doh!!! Anyone interested in buying them, they are new but have been built. Alternatively (and preferably) I would swap for some oil shocks for my Mad Fighter? Redseven

Anyone know an approximate value for a NIB Raider? Also, I have a 'runner' Raider but need some rear tyres and rear shocks......the bald rear tyres make it almost uncontrolable, slides all over the place and the worn shocks mean it's dragging it's @rse on the floor !! A truly sorry sight at the moment!! Not going to spend much money on this but if someone has some cheapy secondhand tyres/shocks (and decals) then I would be interested in buying them! Redseven

So the items are new then?...he implies that they have all been built, I was wondering whether he dismantles them and puts them back in the box or whether it's just his poor english? Surface mail only costs about £16 but not sure how long it would take to arrive, not sure if i can wait a couple of months!! -
Gravel Hound 15t motor set up and noise?
Redseven replied to Redseven's topic in General discussions
I stripped both gearboxes and gave them a quick clean out, I also changed the ProStock 19T motor for my Kyosho 18t stock motor and it seems a lot quiter and goes a lot better!! Couldn't figure how to get the propshaft out though....didn't buy the car from new! Thinking of swapping/selling it if I can't raise enough cash from my Monster Beetle and buying something NIB to build. Will continue to play with it for now though. BTW, it does have metal bearings at either end of the propshaft already Redseven -
I fancy building something new but haven't got the cash to go out and buy something outright at the moment, if anyone has a NIB buggy that they would swap for a Gravelhound, Madfighter, or Monster Beetle (or a combination of them) please let me know!! Otherwise I'll just have to wait andraise some cash through ebay :-(. Redseven

Gravel Hound 15t motor set up and noise?
Redseven replied to Redseven's topic in General discussions
Obviously didn't drink enough if you are up at this time of the morning!!! [] I'll try and find out exactly how many bearings are needed though this is unlikley to be before next weekend now due to work commitments. I'll get back to you as soon as possible. If I need extra bearings for propshaft I might as well replace propshaft (with alloy one) while I'm at it ......do you stock these? Cheers Redseven -
Gravel Hound 15t motor set up and noise?
Redseven replied to Redseven's topic in General discussions
Think you might have a point about the motor, no reason why the gearbox should be worn or out of grease. I'll try it with my Sport Tuned motor as I know this is new. How much for Ball Race kit then, I think there's 8 I need, as Lemming states it already has some as standard? Redseven -
I had a similar experience, I sold a phone on ebay and the winning bidder wasi n Noway (or somewhere) but wanted it posting to their girlfriend in Nigeria!! I received a Paypal payment email which looked totally legit and it confirmed that payment had been made to my account but would be held until I emailed them the parcel delivery/confirmation number. I thought this fair enough to prove that I had posted the parcel. To make sure this was for real I phoned Paypal who told me that they never withold any money and that it was a scam. Fortunately I managed to retrieve the phone from post office and sent the winning bidder an appropriate email!! [:@] All the signs were there, buyer with no feedback, non-uk buyer for uk auction, his Nigerian girlfriend had a blokes name, Paypal witheld money etc. If in doubt make the call to Paypal for peace of mind!! It saved me my phone....which is relisted on ebay tonight!! Redseven
