Hi, if this is Simon, you paid by Paypal, which always charges you instantly. We are at the point where we are waiting to receive the Egress in the next week as our supplier is awaiting arrival from Tamiya, we have been waiting a long time for these and they have been difficult to get here in the UK. If you are not happy with this and would like a full refund please let us know, we would happily refund you.

The Hobby Co have confirmed that the Aluminium damper support reinforcement is a special order item and Carson have it in stock over there, it takes 2-3 weeks to get into stock at the Hobby Company. The Hobby Co are just waiting for Carson to confirm the price. I am not sure what is taking Carson so long to come back to the Hobby Co on price, however as soon as I get a confirmation I will notify everyone on here.

We have been notified by the Hobby Co that the will not have an update on this until after 2nd May as Carson are currently in the middle of a stock take until this time, as soon as we receive a response we will put a message on here regarding availability and price. Many thanks, James

Just a quick update to those that may not visit our site on a regular basis, you can now earn loyalty points with every order. Hi Chris, Sorry, I didn't realise you were still having problems with this. According to the manual you should connect them as follows: Blue A / Yellow B / Orange C But as Mark says they should work any way round. Hope that helps. James

I wouldn't worry about the oil leaking as they look like friction dampers to me. James
