What did you use to dye the rims, and what was the process for doing it? Looks great, and I think I would like to give it a try on my KBFoot Rims.

Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get dogbones for the King Blackfoot, I tried from Tamiya, but they were no help, said they had them on the site, but I called and they are backordered til the next century, lol.

Im interested in getting another set of wheels, aftermarket ones for my 959, I was wondering if this was possible, and if so, what ones would fit, and what would I need to do to adapt them to fit it, I know that the hex adaptors are a different size on the 959. TIA. []

Well Between the Hornet and the Grasshopper, I would say go with the Hornet, the Grasshopper is basically a Hornet with a smaller motor and a different body, Hornet runs a 540, the Grasshopper runs a 300 series motor. I have a Hornet and it is immense fun.

Any suggestions on what to use for masking off the body for painting? I just bought a MIB body for my 959 with decals and want it to look as good as possible. Thanks

I used Oven Cleaner, sprayed the body down on my King Blackfoot, sealed it up in a garbage bag, and let it sit for an hour or so, run it under warm water and brush it with a soft bristled brush, comes right off.
