I didnt want to deal with listing on multiple forums so threw them on the bay.... Here's your chance to score them for cheap. I will ship overseas on buyers dime of course.... Edit... adding more vintage Wild Willy parts as I find them. links https://www.ebay.com/itm/292354199054?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649 https://www.ebay.com/itm/292354120866?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 https://www.ebay.com/itm/292356618982?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 https://www.ebay.com/itm/292354187123?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 feel free to look at other RC related stuff Ive got listed too. I’ll give you 20 for that wheelie king! honestly, I do lose a little bit of money on some cars but not much as I never buy new. Also I’m pretty good at knowing what I could get for the car I’m listing, but if I’m off a bit I’ll pull mods off the car and sell them separately to recoup some of the cash. Also if I’m in too deep on what I’ve put I to a car I’ll just keep it or deal with the loss.
-
ship them to me and Ill list them for you.... for a minor fee of course
-
I’m an eBay ho..... clean the car to the best of your abilities, good lighting and a clear background as to not distract from the item your selling. Also if you got radio gear to add with it to make it rtr add it if you want, I find that it rarely if ever increases the sell price but that might be just me since I mainly deal with vintage stuff though.... and be thorough in your listing list mods in a list to their eyes jump to that since most buyers rarely read everything in the listing. As for the body, just clean the crap out of it too and list it as not being the best or few scuffs or whatever.... you buy a new body for 40 only for it to add 10 in the final price.... I can buy a junky looking car that has that one mod I want for a sweet deal, take out the mod and possibly other mods, clean the car up and relist it and still make a little profit... it’s all about presentation.

It’s not about the money, that’s just a benefit of selling, problem is I have around 36 shelf queens and they’ll never be run and due to that I never add electronics, minus the steering servo and possibly motor. So I have a lot of period correct radio equipment and escs (futaba, tekin, Novak etc.) lying around taking up space. What ive done now is I’ve gone through my radio equipment and escs and put together 5 full systems that’ll be installed in the following cars top force lunchbox monster beetle fav astute last two are not definite so they might change the rest of my stuff will be sold off

You in the us? I’ve got a yellow and black spare chassis if you’re interested

how much you think shipping would be for both pinions and the e-clip tool be to Tx 76177?

Hey its also a SCTE 3.0 It might be the one I keep.... I still dont know. lol The Tekno is nice too.

well the one in the pic i got locally.... he had a bigger lot a couple of weeks ago but I got beat out by some guy on them and this time he messaged me personally last night asking if I wanted this lot.... he sent pics I did basic research of what theyre selling for and had to jump on it. BUT the one coming in is comeing from FLA, and they're with @Dojo Dave he messaged me and told me some guy had a decent lot of cars I said if you pass Ill take it.... he told me to go for it so i messaged the guy and gave him a lower offer than I thought he would take...and he sent me pics of 90% of everything and what turned out to be 4 cars is actually 6...... he bit at my offer and Dave picked them up for me and will ship them off on Monday (sounds like 3 boxes of stuff.... and expensive stuff since Dave mentioned the guy's son was sponsored... here's a sneak peak of that lot.... the carrying boxes and white box also had stuff too and were included (BTW that's Dave's Kung Pow school). The Large Tamiya lot I picked up a month and a half ago was pure luck... a guy on another RC site listed them but not a single person bit (they dont have many tamiya lovers) and I messaged him and he mentioned he had a lot of "spares" that turned into 50lbs of rc products sent my way as well. Im ecstatic when theyre Tamiya stuff, but with these I should make pretty good money selling them off

Lol, the motor will probably be sold on its own... I’ll have one truck sold as artr and the other a roller, same with the b5ms, or possibly both b5ms will be sold as rollers.... since I have a lot of spares to go with them too. i do have another large lot coming in which I believe is another 6 cars and a ton of spares
-
Oh yes it is.... I didn’t post all the nice electronics it came with
-
theyre beautiful! Just the rear universals have some rust but I can get that off no problem.... and I feel dumb I preemptively bought a DT02 chassis thinking yours would have scratches.............. not a dang one! its going on the shelf and the DT01 will find some great use as it will be a basher to run with the neighbors and neighborhood kids! And today is another day........ this is technically local... but.. Came across 2 Associated B5Ms and a Tekno 410.3 and TLR something or other stadium trucks... and everything in the pics. too good a deal to pass up! I will say, they are cool but will be sold for the greater good (to pay off my CC debt and help complete some of my Tamiya projects) And then my baby has come back to me.... now in its box!!! and got some paint and decals from @Dojo Dave to finish off my vintage FAV vehicle. Oh and a Futaba Attack III Ive been dying to get a hold of to complete my Vintage Lunchbox too!
-
Got some goodies in.... my boy had to check out the merchandise.
-
OR, you can use hydrogen peroxide or a hair lightning product(main ingredient is Hydrogen peroxide but in a thicker paste) to deoxidize the body, it will require decal removal.... or with hair product you can rub it around the decals.... but then the body will be white and underneath the decals......... not so much. Edit... forgot to mention when you do this, make sure to set it outside in the sun.

My thing is this.... I have a ton of old radio equipment and ole period correct escs, the ONLY shelf queen that I will have as a rtr is my vintage lunchbox which will have the same equipment I had in my original one( slot machine motor, white futaba attack III and futaba esc).... outside of that I’m not sure... I have a ton of period correct Tekins, Novaks, and futaba escs but I’m looking at it like this NO, if I decide to forgo electronics I can then sell them to accomplish 2 things... 1) replenish some of the money I’ve put into these guys... 2) get rid of a lot of clutter i was putting in the clear gearbox into my gf01 (couldn’t pass it up!!) and noticed I have a 50-60$ steering servo IN A SHELF QUEEN!!! On top of esc and motor.... the cars I have I can honestly say I’ll never run them aside from my designated runner cars and if I sell the cars I find the electronics usually do 0 to increase the value of the car itself....so might as well sell them off, clear up some space, and have a little spending moola.... I will keep motors and steering servos in them to keep dirt out of the gear box and to keep the wheels from being floppy as mentioned above (I’d do 3D printed servos if I needed them but at their cost it’s cheaper to buy a lot of used servos....).

no.... he needs to stop using Tamiya connectors and upgrade to deans
-
great! now if I can just get them to do another free shipping promotion.................... (those seem to be few and far between)

its not complicated, they can just burn up if not properly adjusted or used for the wrong application..... Id totally swap with you but I dont think I have any more gear diffs..... all mine have ball diffs in them.... let me check
-
Ball diffs are great to have if you are looking to race at a track..... in all honesty if you are going to do a speed run with this I would go with a gear diff or possibly a spool. For the aluminum gear bits... toss them and but plastic replacements, oddly enough they are a lot smoother and stronger.

let me know if you want to part with it.... I regret selling my Mint King Cab
-
So I have a few shelf queens...... OK about 95% of my cars are shelf queens. That being said I was going to start putting in period correct electronics in some of the cars (everything, not just motors)- well most of them but I guess my question is, should I even bother doing this as the car will more than likely never be driven by me and if I list them to sell most people dont care about the electronics anyway, especially when they're older items. anyway... Please vote and let me know what you guys think? Mud
