  1. im on the fence of selling this rare bird.... but thought I would see if there would be any interest in it.

It is a new partially built Pajero, with box and manuals etc. no decals applied have other vintage cars to sell, just feel bad that this one sits in my closet........

Another car Im on the fence on selling.... Ill have to get pics, but the car is immaculate. It has nearly all the hop ups you can think of, but the coolest one IMO is the HPI chassis that is nearly impossible to find, let alone new! I'll have to get some pics as it was finished but not photographed in its current state. I even have new out of package HPI shock towers for it.

I have a set of brand new rims for a vintage Wild willy

just wondering what it's worth ?

Whatever someone is willing to pay...... hard to say but I have a full NOS set complete with the inside rings

  3. Hey guys so have have this new built vanquish that I’m looking to sell. It’s all NOS but is missing a couple of gear bits as well as the front shock tower broke while in transit. I was thinking of parting it out but would be willing to sell it as is.

not sure on the price but if you’re interested shoot me a pm

    MUD

    Edit:

wow no one..... Ok parting it out on ebay.

  4. thought they sold hardened outputs via old TL01/TA01/TA02 parts. as for the diff, never had that happen to me before only way I could figure that would occur could be sudden reversing/braking-then full throttle. I have a pretty decent LRP brushless on my GF01 and havent really had any problems... Im sure it's probnably cause I try not to make it wheelie like that but that's just how I drive my cars if I do drive them.

  5. The reality boils down to this....

buyers want to pay pennies on the dollar for top quality stuff.

sellers can go either way but the most common scenario is a seller is selling hammered poop and asks for 1% less than a nib kit.

In your case @Saito2 you realize that the 1st scenario is unrealistic so you try to get 50% ish back on your stuff, then deal with people who fall into the buyer’s scenario and it’s frustrating to say the least.

Myself as a regular buyer/seller can pretty much tell you the price something will go for, as a buyer myself I weigh out what’s being sold and what needs to be replaced etc to meet my standards, if there’s too much additional capitol needed to reach the standard, I will offer them what I am willing to pay. granted 98% of my cars are nib or shelf queens but if it’s for bashing that’s another thing all together.

I think there were 2 versions of this - 1 for the Group C chassis & 1 for the TA chassis - I think I have 1 of these somewhere around but not sure which.

Do you know what differences there are between them ?

The shells are actually different from what I can tell. The one I’m after has no vents molded into the body whereas the group c version seems to have vents molded in.

Here is the old one-it was a "Black Magic" 540 that I probably got at a hobby shop. It was advertised as a step up from the standard Mabuchi-and someone told me that it was an RC10 motor-even though it is obviously not a Reedy.  Anyway, it ran pretty good-and it still runs now. It was sitting in a box for the last 20 years or so still attached to the Hornet. It will need new leads soldered to it, and a cleaning. And oh, by the way, I just got some Grasshopper rear tires for all-around running.

certainly different. I havent seen anything like that before. Sucks I cant take the rotor out of the motor to cut it and make it like new.

  8. good way to get around the front shock mount issue....... youll want to swap the rear tires soon if youre running on asphalt too as they become slicks rather quickly.  Oh and pics of the old motor you had in it? Also might be interested in it if youre getting rid of it as I have a thing for vintage motors....... (I'm weird like that).

  9. Sooooooooooo bough the last car Im going to buy this year............... Think Ive already said this before but I couldnt pass on this *******in sweet deal.

Not much.... but it's when the body comes off where things get interesting.

It also comes with the box and manual and even bubble packaging.......
