  1. many thanks for the free members off on fb. I'm back after many years. where to start...so much to catch up on
  2. I'm back.....anyone missed me haha

  3. looking good fella, i love running my keen hawk its great fun, i always think if the paint jobs are perfect we are less inclined to run them for fear of damage where as is if it isnt "perfect" then off they go run and run hard!!!! (The keen hawk is a pain to fit electrics in)
  4. i started posting on TC after over a year of not being in the scene, lots of changes in life but i;m back and slowly getting back into the hobby. Models and equipment being dusted off as we speak
  5. In my previous place i used to have a little room at the top of the stair where i used to spray and then tinkering was set on the kitchen table. All kits were stored on top of the wardrobe and all runners and associated equipment were cupboarded. In my current house i got a garage 18' x 8'8" of my hobby stuff and then fill the kitchen table when ever i need to.
  6. Just searching around for shipping quotes to ship some r/c over seas namely america and australia and the prices are out of this world. Who do you guys and gals use and are they trackable? Thanks people, i dont wanna be charging high prices for shipping if i dont have to. Thanks in advance Steve
  7. does that mean it can be sent via snail land sent mail?
  8. Hi all, just a quick question having struck a deal on a project of mine, i was just curious if anyone knows of the limits of what cane be shipped. e.g. am i ok to ship half used cans of automotive paint and primer? any info will be useful. Thanks Steve
  9. I use a mix mash of programs for different things. I use eurocut vector, Signcutx2, and old favourite Artcut. I always import the the line drawing and usually they need cleaning and tidying up. The importing always looses clarity i find.
  10. I have for sale for the right cash, i dont want the earth and neither am i giving it away. drop me a mail or message and we'll haggle from there. I will ship world wide at cost ( i have as yet got to confirm these prices - but will shortly) Baja Style Superchamp very nearly finished project. Got this off the bay as you may have seen int he build thread. - Wheels and tyres (hex bolts too not the crappy little screws) - freshly undercoated smoothed and painted in the decent light yellowand red/orange. ( i will supply the winner with the paint over half can of each left) - It standard shocks and monshock rear - Full scratch built solid 6mm alloy roll cage. - Blitzer beetle shell and nose shell trimmed and smoothed All the hard work is done, all it needs is electrics and steering servo. Let me know as i got to clear some the dear old ex partner has dropped me in. Thanks guys (and gals if there still some out there in tamiya land)
  11. As the title states, i bought to run and never got torund to it. It is in good condition and a lof of the parts look new (bumper, gearboxes) i have never ran but its looks to be complete. Tyres are a little weird but seem to fit nice ont he rims. The shell is hand paint (not by me) and you can tell as there are bursh in the body work. That said it is good for a runner , there doesnt seem to be any splits in the shell as i can see, the stickers are also added nicely (odd ones peeling) Drop me a message and we'll haggle form there, they all got to go to some debt the ex decided to leave me with. Its hits the ebay in a few days.

Got this off a friend which was badly stripped and severely cracked. - New chassis - freshly undercoated smoothed and painted in the most retina burning yellow. ( i will supply the winner with the paint over half can of each left) - It has wildone front shock uprights but FAV ones supplied - driver i think is complete but in parts. - a couple of front bumpers. - spare set of fav front wheels and tyres (one in pic are spare set) the ones currently on it are better condition and are in decent condition. - frog outdrives on the gearbox, which is smooth as..... Let me know as i got to clear some the dear old ex partner has dropped me in. Thanks guys (and gals if there still some out there in tamiya land)
