  6. the reason you wont find any at a model shop is that no models use them anymore, you just need to ring RW and order them direct.
  7. Jesus ! that worked out very well. congrats mate. You can tell its nearly Christmas. Also, where did you get the Aluminium parts for the truck ? I didnt know you could get Wild Dagger Alu. suspension arms and ss universals.
  8. Don't get me wrong , This is not a complaint, I love it. Its just been bugging me how it was scipted, but it turns out its not! The one that really got me was when all 4 car featured were green, but all totally different.
  9. how does the "have you seen" system work on the home page ? It is really annoying me at the moment.

  12. the Durango TC3 concept has been about for ages though, like more than two years. It wasnt started by AE though, its another company that makes the buggy conversion parts for it, which is what they should do with the Tamiya Touring cars.
  13. I thought M02-M bodies were the right size ? Tamiya have just re-released the Alfa too.
  14. me too! [8D] ;- http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.a...id=15000&id=254
  15. the translation of the Japanese accouncement is funny as always ;- Guide of electromotive RC buggy " neo shot " sale discontinuance Since announcing, continuing development concerning the electromotive RC buggy " neo shot " which has received many inquiries, it was defeated, but development reached to the conclusion of difficulty reaching up to the design which guarantees quality and efficiency as the ƒ^ƒ~ƒ„ product. Because it is not defeated in the reason which puts the annoyance the above this on the customer, you make the sale discontinuance. Badness it does and does not drive and that acknowledgement, it asks.
  16. why cant you post them on the club ??? Is that not the whole point of this website []
  17. Latest update Just had word from the far east that the provisional release date for the Neo-Shot is now to be held until Feburary 2004 (note provisional, it wasnt at the Chicago Hobby show either, even though it was at the one before, and it was unofficially announced at the begining of the year). They also said that they may decide to not release it in its current form at all, therefore no car number 58306. Ala 58249 Pajero. Interesting as well as **** frustrating, it seems they dont want to release this baby until its perfect. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edited by - Tamiya UK on 18 Sep 2003 15:19:36
  18. quote:Originally posted by kevinthegerbilHi, Tamiya makes a TB-01 Bodied Enzo (58298) so I gather that you just make extra holes in the front of the body where the Evo body mounts are, or use the shock towers/body mounts from the standard TB01. regards Kevin id="quote">id="quote">sorry I didnt explain myself fully. The rear end of the Enzo body is too low/shallow to "sit" on the back of a TB Evo, because of the carbon fibre shock tower, and it seems the only way to get it to fit would be too have a new shock tower made. So I just wondered what other people had done to mount theirs to their TB Evo's. Someone must have done it ??? PS - I do know that it originally came on a TB01, but thats nowhere near the same car as the Evo. Thanks for replying though Kevin.
  19. surely somebody must have tried to put an Enzo body on a TB ? ? ?
  20. If you have has anyone... A) bought two, and painted one PS2 as per Tamiya's instructions, and one PS34, as it should be ? (or Black or Yellow for that matter?) Has anyone tried mounting an Enzo on a TB Evo chassis of any variation ? if so , how ? (ps - pictures would be great [])
  21. I was a tad disapointed by the race itself. Rain, or a decent qualifying session would have made it better.

  23. they are indeed awesome motors, I have 3 and have used them mainly in buggies. It is much better quality than todays motors, as it has an aluminium endbell, something you wont find readily these days. Its a 12 turn though, so not as low end as todays motors , but still pleanty fast, uses square brushes too so bigger contact area with the comm.
  24. If you pay for your membership today, do that mean it runs out in exactly 13 months time ? If so, when is the last point I can pay for membership ? and what is the point in opening it early ? PS - I know Im being picky, as, if you use Tamiyaclub regularly it dont matter when you pay your and resume it next year. but my point it you will be paying for the first few (up to 30) days when other people dont have to.
