Another nice video, @shenlonco! Good angle. That last jump was close (to the camera)!
Speaking of Blitzer Beetle, I cut up a new body I recently bought to place on my GF01. Still have a ways to go..
Thanks, this should be cool!!

What are the wheels and tyres. I presume SS wheels and Brat rears but what about the fronts?
Hi these are all the stock buggy tires that come in the kit. the rears are the same brat tires don't know abut the front.

I might have just left Co workers wondering what I was laughing about.
I chuckled out loud at your impression of the Old Tamiya promo vid narrator.
I just picked up a nice FAV at a flea market this weekend. Looking forward to the restoration and running it. It looks like a fun buggy to drive.Ha ha funny! That's cool the FAV is awesome... for more of the tamiya voice check out my hotshot GPS test and my avante video you will really be laughing!

To be honest these cars are tough, run more then 50 battery packs trough it on the beach and did not brake a thing on it, only the outdrives are worn now.
But I have got the super hot shot version, I think the suspension parts on the normal one are a little fragile.
yeah on loose surfaces it will be ok but if you jump it and land on hard dirt or in grass it will be much harder on it... sand acts like a big slipper clutch.

MMM little slow hot shot
for me, I run a castle 5700kv motor in mine with a 15 tooth pinion do not know how fast it is but a way faster then this one, but nice car
That's crazy! Yes mine is slower but never will break like yours will these buggies were not meant for the power your putting through it.

Nice video again, shenlonco.
It's pretty amazing just switching from NiMH to LiPo alone gives so much noticeable gain in power and your video is evidence.
The HotShot (original) was my last RC car back in the day before I moved onto another hobby. I had a blast with that car, so much usable power it was fantastic.
Thank you, it really makes you gain so much more punch on 2S lipo. The HotShot is a beauty! Thanks

Where did you buy the body, if it´s no secret?
Hi I had this for many many years I don't even know if you can buy it anymore or if it's even still made.

Thanks!
