Does this club have a meet where we can have a thrash with our vintage stuff,bring out the avante for a bit of fun!! Have tamiya ever had a buggy that was competitive out of the box?What was the best they ever made?top force/egress??

The porsche 959 would be the ultimate re-release for me,as i remember when i was a kid the lad down the road having one with working lights and the technigold motor when i had my beat-up hotshot.Are the guys from tamiya listening.Still have my original manta-ray.

I think my enzo kit had the sticker aswell. sounds good though stefan,i think i'll be ordering one!!Like you it's whether to build to store!!

hi guys, What cars would you keep in the box,the early ones ie porsche 959.Do you think tamiya would re-release it?

If you had a new in box vintage tamiya kit,would you build it or store it?I've always found the fun in actually building the kit but would it be a shame to do so?

I bought my celica gt-4 in hong-kong on holiday for £50(1992),it was £125 in the uk!

So it's the same chassis as the original stefan? Does it come with the rs motor?
