Update: FIXED! After lots and lots of searching I found this post :http://tamiyaclub.com/xforum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=15338&SearchTerms=dash,saber ANd found out that on the Chan 2, the pins are in a different order to most brands, (mine being sanwa) After switching these around all is good! woohooo thanks all

Oh and my receiver has BEC written across the front of it if that helps And this my transmitter/receiver unit: "2 channel remote control system The Dash Sabre X system is comprised of a 27MHz AM transmitter with dry cell battery box and charge socket, a SRC-2322RS mini BEC receiver, two SRM102 servos, BEC switch harness and 4xAA battery box and spare servo arms. " Update: I have the voltages I am getting out of my receiver on chan 2, for pins going left to right. Voltages taken between pin and negative battery terminal. Chan 2 - Pin 1 = 0.67V, Pin 2 = 0V, Pin 3 = 5.7V Now the ESC wires going into the receiver are as follows Pin 1 = White, Pin 2 = Red, Pin 3 = Black Can anyone verify these? this is with transmitter and receiver on and all controls in neutral position. i assume my receiver is all good because when i put the steering servo on both chans they both work. Its like the speed controller doesnt think its getting a signal when really it is..

AHhh, what about the above receiver as an option? Im giving the speed controller to a mate today to test it for me, and make sure it is working.

Would a Futaba Megatech Junior (MJ) Transmitter/Receiver on 27.125MHZ suit the speed controller? As im thinking that must be the problem cause there is nothing else??

Ive tried flipping the connectors, and the power lead is def. in the receiver.. Its blowing my mind, My receiver should work with this right?

Tried that too and the motor beeps at me? Well it sounds like its coming from the motor lol, i didnt know they beeped.

Hey everyone, this is my first post here, so hello to all. I Have an old Tamiya Stadium Thunder that came with a manual speed controller. I picked it up with a Team Atlas motor and am now attempting to put the TEU-101BK on it. I seem to have conected everything up right, ditched the power resistor with the speed controller, just plugged it into the receiver, and to the batt. I am using a Sanwa AM receiver, SRC-2322RS. Now when everything is connected up except motor, I attempt to set it. First I turn the transmitter on, then the receiver, now according to the manual the LED should flash once then stop, however when i turn the receiver on it flashes ones, stops for half a second, then flashes continuously. Doesnt matter if I press the set button the LED keeps flashing and wont let me set it up. It says nothing in the manual about this execpt for the unit flashing is an "alarm" for when the transmitter is turned off whilst the receiver is still on? I can operate the steering servo, so the receiver is working and receiving a signal. I really have no idea except maybe the speed controller is not compatable with my receiver, in the manual is just says compatable with Sanwa receivers, it doesnt state models. If anyone can give me some pointers id love it. Thanks again
