My experience may differ from other countries: If Insured, Sender needs to contact his/her courier and fill out paper work. Process takes about 3 weeks to receive any answer from courier. Not insured, hmmmm Out of luck buddy! :-( I always try to have my parcels sent with a Delivery Confirmation Receipt. That way we can both track the parcel in the event it does get lost.
