hello again it also shows the exchange rate at the bottom.......from us currancy to sterling pound.......doesnt that figure varie offten???.if so that could be why i payed 25.12 maybe i should have waited till the rate was lower lol[:I]

hello.....i was doing a little reading up on it before paying and from what i gather..........if you pay money of a different currancy is ok....but when you get your transaction details after paying its going to show whatever you payed in USD for me anyway being i signed up for paypal in the united states.........i went back to look for any charges and didnt see any

paypal converted it for me said its 25.12$ dollars is what they charged me

i dont see why some of you think you cant get paypal?....i may be wrong but i think anybody can get a checking account then you can use it on your paypal account to send money????...........i use paypal all the time with no problems
