It was called something like 'Yokohuma'? or something...can anyone help me find out what it was?? Any ideas?
I have an old Parma Yokomo motor, is black and has a sticker on it with yokomo written in fluo green. I've no idea of the specs, number of turns, RPMs.....
Any one can help?

My Dyna yesterday had his first regional race of this year and entered the A Main in 6th position!

Very happy about the performance with new Asso front and rear shocks and Novak 8.5ss brusheless sensored motor with GTB ESC, scary fast......
Thanks a lot to Singapore959 and Nimrod racing for advices and parts supply, top class guys.
Unfortunately i have no action pics but just a couple of pit shots:

Just a quick one, while I was stripping down my super champ I noticed that the pins which the front arms attach to are much thicker than the ones on my budget rr build. Did the superchamp have these as an upgrade or are these some kind of hope up? They seem to have a black coated finish with a thick notch for the grub screw to screw on. Much nicer than the ones in my rr.

Hi,
if i remember correctly the SC has hardened front pins as stock supply and they are black (like the stock hardened Universal joints) and like you describe them, so i think that you just have the original ones, that are becoming very rare to find, take care of them.

I'm getting rather disappointed reading more posts about slow replies from nimrod.
If you want to PM me your name and email address and I will take it up with nimrod. I am beginning to feel like their customer service desk
It's a strange thing, when i first contacted them last year i had immediate responses now it's very hard to reach them and i had to ask your help.
I'll be ready for a "big" order on January and i hope to be able to place it without too much effort.....
In case i'll ask for your help.

Well my new front end is on and fits good (with a little file here and there) also I have fitted the TRF501X shocks on it for racing this Sunday as my new set ent got here from Dinball yet. I have got hot bodies D4 rear wheels and original gator front wheels to fit the racing tires on and the new Nimrod rear wing. I meant no offence to Singapore 959 saying I "race" my cars and did not mean to say that you didn't. It's just 90% of TC members do not race there cars. Will be giving the car a good thrashing on Sunday as i now have tires and wheels to get the power down and will post results and comments on the changes to the car.
Good news! Keep us updated!!

thanks for the fast response.
I´m using Dyna Blaster Shafts currently with ca. 115mm full length, but there is no spare all over the world i suspect, so i need a compatible solution.
I´ve tested 118mm CVDs from Reely- they are fitting except the drilled hole at the wheels end. I would be forced to mortise the rear upright.
Hey Joe999 your DS looks stunning and those wheels.......
i have to have a set of them before the next season of outdoor racing i'm starting to save money!Universals for the long V3 are a big issue also for me and at the moment the only ones that works and fits perfectely are the Dyna Blaster, TR-15T ones, that are virtually impossible to find, seems that all sellers are run out of stock.
I'm working to find a solution and also asked the help of Singapore_959 on this matter, hope in a near future to be able to post a solution based on easy to find spares.
Still have to understand if this effort is worth, because i never tested the car in "wide" configuration and i don't know how it perform.
Bye.

Yes, and TC member will certainly get a better deal.
And I also like to ask opinion on which colour is the most wanted for the wheel cover. I will made them in anodized silver, gold, blue, red. But don't know how many to produce on each colour.
Hi,
there is any update about the SRB diff? I'm really intrested at some.
Thanks a lot.
