  1. I am looking for a butterfly SRB chassis (can be original CRP, repro, new, used, custom). It can be aluminum or whatever. I have seen the new aluminum chassis being offered by http://radshaperc.com/ but I am looking for a completely flat chassis. The radshaperc.com one is slightly angled on each side to protect the plastic mechanism box. I e-mailed radshaperc to see if he would sell a flat one several days ago, but I haven't heard back. Does anyone have anything available that would fit the bill? Thanks very much in advance for any help you can give.
  2. thanks very much for the tip on the body. i will order one! yes, i have been away for several years. two kids, etc., but am now back in! Hey twinset, didn't we swap parts on a couple of occasions a long time ago?
  3. Hi! I am in the market for an unpainted, lexan Sand Scorcher body, i.e. the Parma manufactured one. Does anyone have one to sell or know where one can be purchased? 12. I just bought a Tamiya RS540 Sport Tuned Motor for use in my runner Scorcher. Does anyone know how many turns this motor has? I am asking this to try to determine whether this motor is too hot for my Futaba MC230CR electronic speed controller. Thanks in advance for any help you can give! --Will willgreenlee@yahoo.com
  13. Netsmith: I, too, have a bunch of bent N1 Front Arm Shafts. I really wasn't running my SS very hard and they just kept bending with MADDENING regularity. I was able to find some of the CRP hardened pins which seem to stand up MUCH better than the Tamiya originals. You might try some of these if you can find them. --Will willgreenlee@yahoo.com
  14. I have used these on my runner SS, and the performance was terrible. I ran them with the "chessboard" pattern on asphalt and they spun out VERY easily. It was VERY difficult to get decent traction. Quickly went back to my RR rears on the asphalt. They ran MUCH better. --Will willgreenlee@yahoo.com
